There are many places apart from the renowed temples which you can go. There are places known to the world and there are some, which only the localites would know. Let me know your preference on what kind of trips, and I shall endeavour to propose an itinerary to you. Much have been written on the great Cambodian sites in Siem Reap which I have linked them to rich resources online. One note though about orphanges, due to the controversies, I will only be able to send you to an orphange for mild visitation upon agreement of the NGO or Orphange administration. No orphange should charge a fee for visitation, but will welcome the generosity of the visitor on his or her own will.
